- Create /defaults/php-local.ini with memory_limit = 512M
- Update 40-install to copy php-local.ini on new installs
- Prevents memory exhaustion with large datasets (JellyStat history, logs)

- Fix ping command: use hostname not URL (github.com not https://github.com) - Add server_tokens off to hide nginx version - Block access to .env and .htaccess files - Bump nginx config version to V0.0.6
