  • Switch from the Bootstrap 3 theme to pydata-sphinx-theme with dark mode, section sidebar, "On this page" TOC and edit button
  • Add section hubs (Get started, Install, Configure, Reference, Contribute) and a card-based landing page using sphinx-design; existing guide URLs are unchanged
  • Add an installation-method chooser with OpenStack/Kubernetes tabs and an upgrade-path table
  • Add a starter glossary (fixes the broken:ref:glossary in the style guide)
  • Add sphinx-copybutton and Open Graph metadata
  • Pin requirements: unpinned lfdocs-conf 0.11 no longer installs the bootstrap theme, so fresh builds failed
  • Remove the internal TODO from the landing page; copyright year is now generated
