Adds AjazzHidClient (AJAZZ NJ07 and NJ08 family) to NEEDS_OPEN so it opens its vendor collection on connect, and an ajazz entry to BY_FAMILY so the sleep card renders. Also marks the six models as having a driver PR in the supported mirror, editing only those rows because the rest of the mirror is stale.

The driver lives in OpenMouse-Project/mouse-protocol#177. This stays a draft until that is released and @openmouse/protocol is bumped here. Catalog: OpenMouse-Project/openmouse-landing-page#35.

Verified locally against the mouse-protocol branch (npm install --no-save --package-lock=false ../mouse-protocol): tsc --noEmit passes and the 292 tests pass. Not tested on hardware; the driver was written from the vendor panel's code, and the Discord ticket reporter has an NJ07 MC to test with.

Adds AjazzHidClient to NEEDS_OPEN so it opens its vendor collection on
connect, and the ajazz family to the traits table so the sleep card shows.
Marks the six NJ07/NJ08 models as having a driver PR in the supported
mirror (only those rows; the rest of the mirror is left alone).

Needs the mouse-protocol release that contains the driver before the
@openmouse/protocol pin can be bumped. Requested in Discord ticket 0156.
