Support the ROG Omni receiver

Adds support for the ROG Omni receiver and fixes the Harpe Ace scroll wheel lighting.

Changes:

• Support the ROG Omni receiver (0x1ACE). The driver reads the pair list and drives the paired mouse on its own report ID (63-byte reports).
• Polling rates up to 8000 Hz when the receiver reports the polling booster.
• Receiver methods: read paired devices, pairing mode, unpair, reboot.
• Fix: Harpe Ace lighting wrote to zone 0, correct is to use the the scroll wheel's zone ID 1.
• Add the Omni receiver to the browser picker filters.

Tested on a Harpe Ace Aim Lab Edition over an Omni receiver (firmware 7.00.04): DPI, polling, lighting, battery.
