Add a small grey expected/actual Hz label in the top-right of compact and full sensor graphs, using the configured sensor rate and existing rolling sample buffer.

  • Show integer rates: for expected 50 Hz, 49.2 → 50, 50.9 → 50, and 51.6 → 52.
  • Use bundled Roboto Mono and left-pad actual values only to the expected value's width.
  • Add a persisted, default-off Show sampling rates switch under General settings → Live data. Skip the calculation when hidden.

Validation: flutter analyze, flutter test (92 passed), and manual checks of label alignment and the toggle on a Pixel 9a.
