I haven't tested the tool specifically. But have tested Patina dxe core and booted to UEFI Shell on both Q35 and SBSA with patched local Patina paths(containing R-EFI 6.0 + 2 other changes from Kat and Joey).

Okay. The runtime risk of a problem is low for this change, but please test that before merging. I went ahead and approved.
