Can you update the TOC to add this section? Also, could you add a line in the "Main Features" section briefly describing the feature?

Documents basic usage and features of the new
powersubcommand in the README. Content is adapted from the command's own help output. This probably should've been part of #112, but here we are.Happy to add further details if we think that'd be appropriate.
