Log Volume Chart Click/Drag Time-Range Filter Unreliable — Shows "No Logs" Despite Existing Data

Describe the bug
Clicking on a single bar in the Log Volume chart is supposed to filter the log list to that time bucket, but this only works intermittently. Most of the time, clicking a single bar shows no logs, and dragging to select a single time range and choosing it also returns "no logs," even though logs do exist for that time period.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to Logs
Look at the Log Volume chart at the top
Click on a single bar (or drag to select a narrow time range) that has visible log volume
Observe that no logs are shown, despite the chart showing volume for that period

Expected behavior
Clicking or dragging to select a specific time bucket in the Log Volume chart should reliably filter and display the logs that occurred in that time range.
