the Deploy to EC2 workflow targeted a server that no longer exists, so it failed on every push to main. the backend now deploys by pulling on its host, so this pipeline is obsolete.

The 'Deploy to EC2' workflow (main.yml) targets a server that no longer exists and fails on every push to main. The backend now deploys by pulling on its host, so this pipeline is obsolete. Removing it; the CI workflow (tests + build + e2e) is the only pipeline now.
