Dashboard with task counts per status

Source: specs/001-taskflow-mvp/spec.md — User Story 4 (P4), FR-010, SC-003

The dashboard lists the user's projects
Each project shows how many tasks are To Do, In Progress and Completed
The counts match the actual tasks — verified by changing a task status and reloading
Scores 90 or above in all four Lighthouse mobile categories

No cerrada todavía — quedan dos criterios:

Counts por status (To Do / In Progress / Completed): el dashboard solo muestra el total (project.taskCount en app/page.tsx), no el desglose por status que pide FR-010.
Lighthouse móvil ≥ 90 en las 4 categorías: Performance está en 69 (< 90). Accessibility 100, Best Practices 100 y SEO 91 ya cumplen.

Lo hecho: el dashboard lista los proyectos del usuario (owner-scoped). Faltan los counts por status y subir Performance a ≥ 90.
