This pull request introduces support for a new "checkpoint" mitigation flow in the Netacea OpenResty module, along with improvements to configuration, documentation, and versioning. The checkpoint flow allows for an additional mitigation type, enabling more flexible bot management strategies. The changes also update the development workflow documentation and synchronize version numbers across the codebase and build files.
