Inselect community wiki

Inselect is a program built using Python and OpenCV for automating image processing in digitisation workflows for natural history specimens. It was initially conceived to assist with the rapid digitisation of scanned insect drawers but has since expanded its scope to include microscope slide and "insect soup" digitisation.

In future releases we plan to add tools for image analysis and support more kinds of specimen digitisation workflows.
