Feat: list end reached buffer

Summary

• add an optional end-reached-buffer prop to native:list
• expose the same setting through the fluent endReachedBuffer() API
• use the configured buffer on Android and iOS
• keep the existing default of 3 items when the prop is omitted
• add tests for the attribute and fluent API

A buffer of 5 triggers the existing end-reached callback earlier, while keeping the existing default behavior when the prop is omitted.
