_deepseekv4_world_size to rely on directly reported GPU memory, not

Approving — the comments below are optional touch-ups, not blockers.
This keeps the 8-GPU path the same on B200 and lets GB300/VR200 run with 4 GPUs. I checked the rename and nothing still refers to the old name.
The PR's Description section is still the template placeholder. Please add a couple of lines covering:
- which tests now fall back to 4 GPUs;
- the 250 GB per-GPU threshold for Pro;
- the
dep8rename, so anyone tracking the old test ID can find the new one.
Nothing in test-db exercises the 4-GPU path, so it is covered only by the QA list run linked in the description. If that is intended, please say so in the description.
TestDeepSeekV41::test_gsm8k_dspark ([tests/integration/defs/accuracy/test_llm_api_pytorch.py:2028](https://github.com/NVIDIA/TensorRT-LLM/pull/20466/files#diff-b83f3ebd4789b8e6345e1bdb9dd50aa3a6a227ae92ab3a127cdf8948601b88f6R2028)) repeats the same "MPI world size, else device count" logic inline. It could call the new helper's rank-count logic, or the two could share a small _available_ranks() function, so they can't drift apart.

The diff changes only
tests/integration/defs/accuracy/test_llm_api_pytorch.py. It reformats imports and changes two RCCA strings to docstrings. It does not implement the GPU-count-based parallelism selection or DeepSeek-V4 test rename described in the objectives. No test behavior change is evident.QA Engineer Review
One integration test file changed. No test functions, test IDs, selectors, or waivers changed. The changed code is limited to formatting and docstring syntax. Test execution results are not established. Coverage verdict: sufficient for the changes shown.
Per-File QA Perspective
tests/integration/defs/accuracy/test_llm_api_pytorch.py: Contains LLM API accuracy tests. The diff changes import formatting and two RCCA strings to docstrings; no observable test behavior change is evident. Test-list membership is not established by the supplied diff.
