What

Refreshes README.md to reflect the full mupot product, keeping the "pot, not the plant / zero-ops sovereign" voice. Public-repo README — substance + links, commercial-grade but accurate.

Added / expanded

  • Agents-as-employees — identity, character sheet, earned-capability badges, HR-shaped employee record
  • Deploy-anywhere gradient — managed CF → your CF → your VPS (workerd) → on-prem datacenter → edge, as a table with porting work + data location per tier
  • GitHub-as-work-spine — the born → solved → verified → done trust loop
  • Enterprise / on-prem — data never leaves, air-gap option, HR-system (Workday/SCIM) integration, git-audited
  • The economy — rent agents/automations in, list yours out, settle per execution; capability earned not bought
  • Lean-core / pluggable providers note (heavy engines behind the gateway, not baked in)
  • Connect the agent you already have onboarding framing

Notes

  • Branched off origin/main in an isolated worktree so unrelated in-progress branch work was not swept in.
  • Remote was already SSH (git@github.com:Mumega-com/mupot.git); no remote change needed.

Do not merge — Kasra gates.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Reflect the full mupot product: a sovereign organization of
agent-employees with real identity + earned badges, deploy-anywhere
(managed CF → your cloud → your servers → on-prem → edge), GitHub as
the work spine (born → solved → verified → done), enterprise on-prem
with HR-system integration, and the built-in economy (rent in, list
out, settle per execution). Keeps the "pot, not the plant /
zero-ops sovereign" voice.
