- Replace install.rst with INSTALL.md sourced from moose-core submodule
- Update moose-core submodule to latest master (UbuntuBuild.md refresh, new channels/models/morphologies packages)
- Add database_resources.rst section with autodoc pages for moose.channels, moose.models, moose.morphologies
- Switch autodoc_mock_imports from moose to moose._moose so Python subpackages are importable
- generate_references.py: auto-discover Python subpackages and generate autodoc stubs
- docs.yml: auto-trigger on push to main when docs source or submodule changes
