About The Pull Request
I did this like four months ago and forgot to PR it.
Why It's Good For The Game
There are times (namely when the monarch wears their armour set) that wearing the crown is a direct liability, but then anyone can just steal it in five seconds. This will allow the monarch to fight and still retain the crown.
