About The Pull Request

Rakshari and werevolves (in wolf form) get an action that lets them detect nearby people (up to 20 tiles). Gives the direction, rough distance and the "smell" of the mob (smell depends on stink and race. Stink masks species smell). Werevolves can recognize eachother's smell, rakshari can recognize eachother too.

Why It's Good For The Game

This would give Rakshari a niche in scouting, meshes quite nicely with their existing racial since it's in the same info-gathering theme, allows Rakshari to cooperate and locate one another more easily.
