📌 Description
This PR introduces a navigation enhancement by adding a scroll control button that allows users to:
-Scroll to the bottom of the page quickly.
-Scroll back to the top of the page effortlessly.
This feature improves user experience for long pages by reducing manual scrolling effort.

🔧 Changes Made
-Added a ScrollToBottomButton component (ScrollToBottomButton + ScrollToTopButton).
-Implemented smooth scrolling behavior using native browser APIs.
-Styled button with hover and active states for better UX.
-Ensured responsive placement of the button across different screen sizes.
