A tool that compresses audio files by using subtitles to retain only the spoken segments.

To do:

• add option to adjust subtitle timings (and option to skip) - test audio to play
• code cleanup
• exclusion list for subtitle text
• finer granularity for progress bar with ffmpeg - multibar based on time through video
