ptp4l and phc2sys

This package depends on ptp4l and phc2sys, which are part of the linuxptp package. You can install it using the following command:

sudo apt-get install linuxptp

Follow the instructions in m2_core and MODAQ 2 docs to set up ptp4l and phc2sys.
