Add publisher profiles, public showcase pages, and creator social links - #9
Publishers can now customize a public profile and showcase their extensions at /publisher/<slug>, with an owner-only editor at /dashboard/publisher/<slug>.
Adds branding columns to publishers: bio, avatar_url, banner_url, and website_url / github_url / discord_url / twitter_url (all TEXT DEFAULT '', so existing rows keep working).
Adds plugins.publisher_id plus an index, and backfills the seeded publisher.
Why publisher_id is part of this change: migration 0001 linked a plugin to its publisher only through the denormalized publisher_name, which is neither unique nor stable. Without a real key the profile aggregation and clickable publisher names aren't possible.
Backend
src/lib/db.ts selects plugins with a LEFT JOIN publishers and COALESCEs the name/verified fields, so renaming a publisher updates every card immediately and legacy rows still render. Adds publisherId to Plugin, plus listPluginsByPublisher and getPublisherStats.
New src/lib/publisher-profile.ts assembles publisher + stats + extensions, shared by the page and the API so both agree on the numbers.
New GET /api/publishers/[id] (profile + live aggregates) and PATCH /api/publishers/[id] (owner-only). PATCH honours an allow-list of fields and ignores id / verified / owner_github_id from the body; optional URLs must be absolute http(s), blocking javascript: / data: values.
Frontend
/publisher/[id].astro: banner, avatar, verified badge, markdown bio, social pills, live stats, and the publisher's extensions as standard catalog cards.
/dashboard/publisher/[id].astro: owner-gated editor that PATCHes the profile.
Card and DetailDrawer publisher names link to the profile; the dashboard lists Customize / View actions.
DetailDrawer now owns its client script (open/close/tabs/?ext=), so the publisher page reuses it unchanged; index.astro drops its duplicate copy.
Seed, tests, docs
Seeds the users / publishers rows and publisher_id links from the real clausvalca record (GitHub id and avatar from the public GitHub API).
Adds tests/publisher-profile.test.ts (bio/URL validation, initials, social links); suite is now 23 tests. Updates README.md and project memory.
Verification
npm run build — clean. npx tsc --noEmit -p tsconfig.json — clean. npm test — 23/23.
Exercised the built worker (wrangler pages dev) against real D1:
GET /api/publishers/clausvalca → 200 with publisher + stats + 3 extensions; unknown → 404; malformed id → 400.
Fresh database: all three migrations apply in order and the seed loads (3 plugins, 1 publisher, 1 user).
Renaming the publisher through PATCH updates the name on the storefront cards via the JOIN.

New Features
Publisher pages now showcase profile details, social links, extension listings, and live download and extension totals.
Publisher owners can customize their name, bio, and profile links from the dashboard.
Publisher names on catalog cards link to their public profiles when available.
Dashboard publisher listings now include links to customize and view profiles.
Extension detail drawers can open directly from an ext link and support URL-aware closing and tab switching.
Publishers can now customize a public profile and showcase their extensions
at /publisher/<slug>, with an owner-only editor at /dashboard/publisher/<slug>.
Database (migrations/0003_publisher_profiles.sql)
- Add branding columns to publishers: bio, avatar_url, banner_url, and
website/github/discord/twitter URLs (all default empty, so existing rows
keep working).
- Add plugins.publisher_id plus an index. The catalog previously linked a
plugin to its publisher only by the denormalized publisher_name, which is
neither unique nor stable; publisher_id makes the profile aggregation and
clickable names possible. The migration backfills the seeded publisher.
Backend
- db.ts selects plugins with a LEFT JOIN on publishers and COALESCEs the
name/verified fields, so renaming a publisher updates every card live and
legacy rows still render. Adds publisherId to Plugin, plus
listPluginsByPublisher and getPublisherStats.
- New src/lib/publisher-profile.ts assembles publisher + stats + extensions,
shared by the page and the API so both agree on the numbers.
- New GET /api/publishers/[id] (profile + live aggregates) and PATCH
/api/publishers/[id] (owner-only). PATCH honours an allow-list of fields and
ignores id/verified/owner_github_id from the body; optional URLs must be
absolute http(s), blocking javascript:/data: values.
Frontend
- /publisher/[id].astro: banner, avatar, verified badge, markdown bio, social
pills, live stats, and the publisher's extensions as standard cards.
- /dashboard/publisher/[id].astro: owner-gated editor that PATCHes the profile.
- Card and DetailDrawer publisher names link to the profile; the dashboard
lists Customize/View actions.

Seed + tests + docs
- Seed the users/publishers rows and publisher_id links from the real
clausvalca record (GitHub id and avatar from the public GitHub API).
- Add tests/publisher-profile.test.ts (bio/URL validation, initials, social
links); suite now 23 tests. Update README and project memory.
The change adds publisher profile storage, owner-only editing, and public showcase pages. Plugin records can link to publishers, and catalog views link to those profiles when an ID is available. Publisher pages display profile details, aggregate statistics, and linked plugins.

Reconsider the display-name fallback in PUBLISHER_MATCH.
The migration comment says display name "is neither unique nor stable". This clause matches by name again for rows where publisher_id IS NULL.
PATCH /api/publishers/[id] lets any owner set any display name (2–80 characters).
An owner can set a name equal to a legacy plugin's publisher_name. Those plugins then appear on that owner's profile. Their downloads are added to that owner's getPublisherStats totals.
The fallback helps only rows that migration 0003 and the seed did not link. Prefer a one-time backfill of those rows, then remove the name predicate. If you keep the fallback, restrict it to rows where exactly one publisher has that name.

Guard the backfill so it only links to an existing, expected publisher row.
The UPDATE sets plugins.publisher_id = 'clausvalca' without checking that the publishers row exists. The seed script creates that row, so it may not exist yet in a database that already holds plugins.
Dangling link:Card.astro and DetailDrawer.astro render a profile link for every non-null publisherId. Until the seed runs, those links return 404.
Slug squatting:/api/publishers/create lets any signed-in user register any unused slug. If someone registers clausvalca first, they own that profile. Because PLUGIN_COLUMNS uses COALESCE(pub.name, ...) and COALESCE(pub.verified, ...), their display name and unverified flag then replace the seeded plugins' publisher metadata.
Restrict the backfill to the intended owner:

- AND publisher_name = 'Claus Valca (M5 Dev)';+ AND publisher_name = 'Claus Valca (M5 Dev)'+ AND EXISTS (+ SELECT 1 FROM publishers+ WHERE id = 'clausvalca' AND owner_github_id = '193546948'+ );
The seed script already sets publisher_id for these rows, so a skipped backfill is recovered by the next seed run.

Make the users and publishers seed inserts non-destructive.
INSERT OR REPLACE deletes the existing row and inserts the seed values. This now affects owner-editable data.
Re-running npm run db:seed:remote or db:seed:local resets the clausvalca display name, bio, avatar, banner and social links to the seed values.
The same run overwrites the users row, which the OAuth callback keeps current.
The header comment says "Re-running is safe". That claim is no longer true for publisher profiles.
Use conflict handling that keeps live rows, as in the retrieved learning on idempotent seeds.

Move the copy-install-command handler into the shared drawer script.
The publisher page renders Card and DetailDrawer, but it does not load the handler from src/pages/index.astro. Its data-copy-cli buttons can therefore do nothing.
Move the handler to src/components/DetailDrawer.astro, then remove the duplicate handler from src/pages/index.astro so the storefront does not register two listeners.

Reject URLs that parse as absolute but are not written as scheme://.
new URL('https:example.com') and new URL('http:/example.com') both parse with an http: or https: protocol. The validator accepts them.
The raw trimmed string is then stored. The profile page renders it unchanged into href and src. A browser resolves https:example.com against the current page URL. For example, it becomes /publisher/example.com on the same origin. The social link or image then points to the wrong target.
The README says these values must be absolute http(s) URLs. Add an explicit prefix check:
