- Move CODE_OF_CONDUCT, CONTRIBUTING and SECURITY into .github/, where GitHub still picks them up for the community profile and README tabs. Relative links in CONTRIBUTING now point back up to the root. - Fold screenshots/ into docs/screenshots/. The README's shorter crops keep their own readme- prefix since the landing page uses taller ones under the same names; the unused desktop shot is kept for the README redesign. - Stop tracking .claude/launch.json and ignore .claude/ - it's local Claude Code preview config, not part of the project.

This shortens the root file list, so the README starts higher up the repo page.
.github/.CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md,CONTRIBUTING.mdandSECURITY.mdnow live there. GitHub still detects them in that folder, so the community profile and the tabs above the README are unchanged. I updated the links in the README and on the landing page, and the relative links insideCONTRIBUTING.mdnow point back to the root with../.screenshots/merged intodocs/screenshots/. The README crops are shorter than the landing page's, under the same file names, so I renamed them with areadme-prefix. I also moved the unused desktop shot todesktop-dashboard.png, keeping it for a README redesign. The README image URLs point to the new paths, and I removed the now-redundantscreenshotsline from.dockerignore..claude/launch.jsonremoved from git. It's local Claude Code preview config..claude/is now in.gitignore.npm run fmt:checkpasses.Heads-up: after you pull this into the main checkout, git deletes the local
.claude/launch.jsonthere, and new worktrees won't have it either. Claude Code recreates it when it next needs to preview something.
