What changed
mermaidblocks in full project descriptions and technical-entry context/conclusion fields. Mermaid is loaded only when a full field contains a diagram.accTitleandaccDescrmetadata, expose the source under each rendered diagram, and retain source text when parsing fails.The API and database continue storing plain Markdown; this adds a frontend rendering layer only.
