What changed

• Added a project-owned project_todos table and additive Prisma migration.
• Added authenticated project to-do endpoints for listing, creating, editing, completing, reopening, and deleting items.
• Aligned the to-do repository and use cases with the shared backend contracts and documented the convention in AGENTS.md and the backend skill.
• Added a To-dos tab on project details with archived read-only behavior and accessible actions.
• Run pending Prisma migrations before the deployed API accepts requests, since Vercel supplies the sensitive database URL only at runtime.
• Updated use cases, traceability, data model, diagrams, feature documentation, and deployment guidance.

Why

A separate child table gives every to-do its own identity and completion timestamp while preserving the project's ownership and archive rules. The list keeps unfinished items first with stable pagination.

Validation

• Focused API unit tests, repository integration test, and authenticated HTTP end-to-end test passed.
• API build and targeted ESLint passed.
• Focused web component tests, web lint/build, and all mocked Playwright browser tests passed.
• Playwright typecheck, Prisma schema validation, and git diff --check passed.
• The Vercel API container test passed against a fresh PostgreSQL instance: it applied migrations before serving health and private routes and excluded local environment files.

The mocked browser suite covers the UI; API database and HTTP tests cover the server path. The isolated test database was stopped after verification.
