What changed

• Give Context and Conclusion more room in the entry detail reader and inline editor before internal scrolling starts.
• Start both creation fields and the close-issue Conclusion field at a taller height. Widen the creation dialog and cap dialog height so short screens can scroll to its actions.
• Keep short Markdown compact and preserve the existing save, cancel, validation, and scrolling flows.

Why

Long Markdown previously reached a 440px reading/editing cap, and new-entry textareas started at about 126px or less. A 640px cap reduces repeated scrolling for longer notes while retaining a bounded page. The taller dialog fields trade some initial screen space for easier drafting, with dialog scrolling on short viewports.

Validation

• Playwright: two new layout/scroll tests and the existing narrow-screen Markdown test passed.
• Vitest: 20 focused technical-entry tests passed.
• Web lint, build, and e2e TypeScript check passed.
