v1.0.0 Self-use Final

Yieldwise enters its self-use final state in this release.

This version closes the local Shanghai real-estate research loop:

• Map-based opportunity discovery
• Community, building, and floor evidence inspection
• Candidate research desk for districts, communities, and buildings
• Target price, target rent, target yield, due-review, evidence-gap, and same-floor sample alerts
• Candidate actions: complete review, defer, shortlist, reject
• Local Markdown decision memo export
• Backstage refresh center for data quality, public sampling, review queues, and geometry QA

Project status:

• Feature development is frozen
• The project is intended for local self-use, not commercial deployment
• Future work should be limited to blocking bugs, data-quality issues, or repeated real-use pain points
• Shanghai-only; no multi-city abstraction is planned

Validation baseline at closure:

• GitHub Actions Validate is green on main
• Python compile check, Ruff, frontend unit tests, Pytest, and Phase 1 route smoke all pass
