Follow-up to #34: implement prepared_statement_get_arrow_schema as a one-liner on core PreparedStatement::getArrowSchema() instead of reaching into internal common/arrow/arrow_converter.h, which prebuilt distributions do not ship (broke adbc-rs CI with a missing-header error).
Depends on LadybugDB/ladybug#972 (needs the new core method in headers and lib). No Rust-side API change: PreparedStatement::get_arrow_schema signature unchanged. Untested end-to-end by design.
