Setting Screenshot via SteamCMD

• Update "previewfile" string in set-thumbnail.vdf to be equal to the absolute path of "preview.gif" on disk
• Open SteamCMD
• Run: login <username> <password> <steam_guard_code>
• Run workshop_build_item /abs/path/to/set-thumbnail.vdf

Build Notes

Source code has the comment BUILD_NOTE for differences between B41 and B42
