Backport deprecation of AuthConfig v1beta2 to v0.25.x

Backports the deprecation of the AuthConfig v1beta2 API (#631) to the 0.25.x line.

Although there's no known downstream build based on v0.25.x and therefore lower risk of the related bug activated by installations of Authorino using OLM, we're doing this for consistency since v0.24.x and v0.26.x have both been patched.
