research: add reproducible LaTeX and arXiv package for pilot v1

Summary

Add a reproducible LaTeX/PDF and arXiv-source packaging path for the already
finalized pilot-v1 preprint.

Added

• docs/paper/latex/main.tex
  • arXiv-oriented pdfLaTeX source;
  • embedded bibliography, so no BibTeX/Biber dependency is required;
  • exact Version DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22848155;
  • evidence-bounded RQ1–RQ4 results and threats-to-validity language.
• docs/paper/latex/build.sh
  • verifies the frozen SHA-256 of all three pilot-v1 SVG figures;
  • creates conversion-only SVG compatibility copies for Ubuntu/Inkscape 1.2
    without mutating the frozen source SVGs;
  • requires all 70 Figure-3 matrix-cell <use> instances to survive
    normalization;
  • converts the exact frozen figures to PDF;
  • compiles the paper twice with pdfLaTeX;
  • rejects unresolved references/citations and overfull boxes;

Conversion issue found and fixed

The first exact CI PDF exposed an Ubuntu 24.04 / Inkscape 1.2 compatibility
issue: SVG2 <use href="#..."> matrix cells in frozen Figure 3 were omitted
during PDF conversion. The frozen SVG itself was correct.

The build now hash-verifies the frozen SVG and applies an equivalent
conversion-only xlink:href normalization before Inkscape. The source evidence
is untouched. The corrected CI PDF was rendered again and visually verified.
