Adds a reusable `useKonamiCode` hook that listens for the classic ↑↑↓↓←→←→BA key sequence. Returns a boolean that flips to `true` for 3 seconds when the code is entered successfully. This is the first half of a two-part easter egg. Co-authored-by: Resolve AI <code-agent@resolve.ai>
Imports the useKonamiCode hook and renders a glowing radioactive overlay when the player enters the Konami Code during a race. The overlay shows for 3 seconds with a pulsing green glow, bouncing radioactive icon, and a tongue-in-cheek +9000 horsepower message. This is commit 2/2 of the easter egg feature.
