Vision

The Architect is a persistent engineering assistant designed to work across multiple projects while preserving project-specific context, decisions, knowledge, and constraints.

The Architect itself is shared. Project context is isolated.

Core Principles

• Constitution before implementation.
• Context before action.
• Decisions are persistent knowledge.
• Project contexts remain isolated.
• Reusable knowledge belongs to the Core.
• External AI providers remain replaceable.
• Interfaces are clients, not the intelligence.
• Important knowledge must live outside a conversation.
• History must not be confused with current state.
• Uncertainty must be explicit rather than silently invented.
