Pikachu's Up Throw > Thunder %'s included, with both FDI & BDI.

Also updated.

• Modal now includes move switcher
• Marth and Lucina's kill percents corrected for Zelda's kill confirm
• Character colours moved out of char-attrs.json and into SCSS where they belong
• Refactored many of key names in JSON files
• Spreadsheet data now included within each move's info section
