Add segue types to toggle rear and right controllers from the Storyboard. Simplifies configuring storyboard setup by allowing a simple segue to be defined the toggles the menu.
Fix previous commit that added the interfaces to the class file. Modified example storyboards to include new segue and removed initialization code from ColorViewController that is not needed with this enhancement.
