An end-to-end modern analytics data product built to centralize customer support and operational data for KPI monitoring, SLA tracking, and business intelligence reporting. The platform simulates a real-world enterprise analytics architecture using Databricks Lakehouse, ETL/ELT pipelines, dimensional data modeling, dbt transformations, and Power BI dashboards.

The project integrates multiple relational datasets to analyze operational efficiency, ticket resolution performance, workload trends, escalation patterns, and customer support operations through scalable cloud-based analytics workflows.
