Supersedes #283 after main advanced with #282. This rebased Candidate is exactly one test-only commit on current main
cb33bb7c6f200141b9797c56efdaf2964c726dcf. It adds the remaining #194 G2 end-to-end witness: real/mcptransport/session replacement under the same conversation identity, same durable workspace reuse, pre-existing durable agent status readback, no duplicate workspace/agent rows, then a real server restart over the same state and the same checks again. Production code is unchanged.
