What this changes

Owner declaration approved 2026-09-24 against the BespokeNode v0.1 public specification. Delta Atlas becomes the public record of one researcher's theory of agentic AI governance and the instruments built from it, shown end to end: the claim, the architecture, the skills you can run today, and the receipts, including what has not been proven.

Home (index.html): the thesis inside the garden hero card, then three cards (BespokeNode, Pin-Check, OpenMirror), each with what it is, how to run it now, and where its receipt lives; then proven and not proven, the instruments strip, the opt-in Gap Check sample, glossary search, and the unchanged evidence floor. The hanging garden, water motion and deer stay by owner instruction. The beginner handover door and "Start with a simple example" copy are gone from the home surface; every tool remains reachable from the instruments strip and the Library.

New pages and documents

• Delta-Atlas-Architecture.html: the state-delta architecture top to bottom, ending with the V=IR crosswalk and a limits section.
• BespokeNode-Spec-v0.1.md: the source specification. Two sentences were softened from the draft; the edit is disclosed in the document's editorial note.
• skills/pin-check/ and skills/bridge-card/: the two skills as shipped, with README, SKILL and script.

Gates: governance/harnesses/verify-home-surface.js rewritten to pin the new surface (thesis verbatim and position, three named skill cards with run action and receipt, proven and not-proven bound to their columns, live garden markup, status-only rule for unpublished work, no em dashes, disclosed specification edits). verify-atlas-runtime.js expects cache v100. The garden stylesheet's card rules are retargeted to the new cards; the three-column grid is forced only above 1000 px.

Verification

• All local gates green, and the gates workflow passed on this branch (run 36089229101), including the STP packet step.
• Pin-Check traced every value on the home, architecture, receipts and README with the recorded command.
• Adversarial review before commit: four independent reviewers plus one skeptic per finding. Twelve findings confirmed, none refuted, all fixed. The calibration log entry dated 2026-09-24 records them and the limits left as is.
• Local browser inspection at 375, 760, 1000, 1280 and 1400 px widths: garden, water and deer render, no site resource fails to load. These are bounded observations, not a device or accessibility certification.

Not done here

• No deployment. Cloudflare deploys from main after merge.
• Proposal rebuild-the-home-around-the-thesis-three-usable is queued in proposals.json for the owner's cold read; merge is not acceptance of the research.
• The V=IR red-team notes are not in the repository, so the crosswalk receipt reads as an author report.
