ROTdecoder

This is a ROT (rotation cipher decoder) to break ROT (Root of Trust) Encryption, which is a letter substitution cipher, a common variant of which is the Caesar Cipher. To use this tool, simply download and run the python script, then select the ROT type decoding option and enter the ciphertext.
