The irCMS is a modular CMS written in ColdFusion for Railo servers.
Some of the main features:

- permission system (you can give any permission you like to any registrated person - every module has it's own permissions)

The actual version is still a very early stage with nearly no backend system implemented yet. Not all of the features are deployed yet and many more will follow.
