- AdminSurveyResponseListItem에 registrationId 필드 추가 - SurveyResponseService에서 ExternalSurveyResponse 조회 및 JSON 역직렬화 - 외부인 응답의 questionType을 Survey 질문에서 매핑 - JSON 파싱 실패 시 graceful skip 처리
- 설문 응답 매핑을 userId + registrationId 이중 매핑으로 변경 - 외부인 신청자는 registrationId로, 회원은 userId로 설문 응답 매칭 - Orval 타입 재생성 (registrationId 필드 추가)
