No clue if this is wanted since i think HVQM is being sunsetted but I think I fixed it and put it into a more usable state
Shrimply define your hvqm in data/ and sm64.ld, add the defines to hvqm.h and include hvqm.h, and run play_hvqm(segment start) :)
