Use CMake to build the code.
The generated executable will be located in the Deploy folder.
To test the algorithm, run the following command in CMD in the Deploy folder:
.\DLLSMA.exe ../Instances/Homberger/C2_8_7.txt ../SolverParameters.json ../Results
.\DLLSMA.exe ../Instances/Homberger/C2_10_9.txt ../SolverParameters.json ../Results
