prepare_ERA5_input.sh now automatically calls dewpoint_to_specific_humidity.py and 2m_to_10m_conversion.py when lmeteo=false. Also adds mkdir -pv for wrkdir before cd-ing into it.

Also adds mkdir -pv for wrkdir before cd-ing into it.
Background: mostly convenience additions - Meteocloud-users should only be affected by the
wrkdir/out_dirhandling, which could be discussed.
