64MB crew, if you remove the avatar data from this file, and you have the update elsewhere, you're good. i added as more of a "plug and play" solution for those who have already updated their dashboards and are leaving the USB stick behind

Plug memory unit in as shown below, if used in other slot, console freezes. These port's addresses are hard coded.

(silent push - just read my reddit, saw there was an issue. I pushed my personal files i just used today to fix my own issue. this has the avatar data on it, just fyi that's why it's big. as of right now you need an HDD or USB inserted into your console for this to properly work, it won't work on it's own. Currently in the process of fixing that)
