Synced from dgibbs64/repo-sync@9860b12 — chore(workflows): bump checkout to v7, setup-go to v7, super-linter to v9 (#19) * chore(workflows): bump checkout to v7, setup-go to v7, super-linter to v9 Also keep the docker-linuxgsm Checkov skips (CKV_DOCKER_8, CKV2_DOCKER_1, node_modules/) in docker/.checkov.yml so syncs stop reverting them. * chore(go): keep go.sum as the setup-go cache key setup-go v6 changed the default cache dependency file from go.sum to go.mod. * chore(docker): keep only the node_modules skip-path in .checkov.yml CKV_DOCKER_8 and CKV2_DOCKER_1 only apply to docker-linuxgsm, which now skips them inline in its Dockerfiles. --------- Co-authored-by: dgibbs64 <dgibbs64@users.noreply.github.com>

setup-go v6 changed the default cache dependency file from go.sum to go.mod.
CKV_DOCKER_8 and CKV2_DOCKER_1 only apply to docker-linuxgsm, which now
skips them inline in its Dockerfiles.
