Overview
Bumps opentelemetry_sdk from 0.32.0 to 0.32.1 in the workspace Cargo.toml (with matching Cargo.lock entries) and refreshes the lockfile for serde_json 1.0.149 → 1.0.150.

The OpenTelemetry change is a patch release for the optional tracing-context stack. The serde_json bump includes stricter JSON map keys for enums (non-string enum keys are now rejected), which could affect serialization edge cases if the crate relies on that behavior.
