Should probably make sure others are happy with ConsoleMods being linked to, but otherwise LGTM.

Thought it would be nice to have the background colour and the foreground colour of the header in the WebUI match the configured console colours. Also, i've updated the links... things like xboxhacker aren't around anymore and some of the sites redirect to spam now.
