MechaRule v1.0.0

This release contains the source code for MechaRule, the pipeline introduced in
“Neuron-Anchored Rule Extraction for Large Language Models via Contrastive
Hierarchical Ablation.”

To reproduce the paper tables, download data.zip and cache.zip from Zenodo,
unzip both archives into the repository root, install the dependencies, and run
the table-generation scripts described in README.md.
