Swift Package Manager was enabled by default in Flutter 3.44.0, released 6/8/2026. This causes the current code base to not build iOS correctly.
Fixes underlying problem with build system. Updates flutter_local_notifications to min v19.0.0, and with that, updates other packages. All packages now use Swift Package Manager.
Updates two small code issues with new version.
Should merge this OR #167, but not both.
